The Big Bang Theory states the that all the matter in the universe was originally condensed in a sphere about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Astrophysicist Marcus Chown said, “The big bang theory…describes the evolution of the universe from a hot, dense state, but it does not say anything about what brought the universe into existence.
So the question no one can answer is, what happened before the big bang? If there was no energy, mass, or matter before the big bang, how could a universe that contains all these things have been formed? According to the first law of thermodynamics the only thing that could have been formed would have been nothing.
A scientific law is an observation of a natural phenomenon. For example, Newton’s Law of Gravity only describes the phenomenon of gravity, but doesn’t explain how it works. To verify a law, it has to be rigorously tested. These tests are examined by the scientific community and if accepted by a majority of the scientists, they are considered a scientific law.
One of these laws is the First Law of Thermodynamics; this law states that energy can’t be created or destroyed, it can only be transformed from one form to another.
A scientific law must always work at all times and in all places with no exceptions.
So there are two possibilities:
That the origin of all energy, mass, and matter in the universe created itself, which violates the First Law of Thermodynamics.
or
It was placed here by an eternal agency.
So which one makes more sense to you?
